SMS Inc. was established in 1986 as Malvern Steel Ltd. that manufactured the brand ‘York Silencer’ and later the Stealth-York Industrial Exhaust line of products. A company dedicated to the future of modern technology in the manufacturing of mufflers and silencers. York Malvern Steel fabricated a variety of metal products including exhaust silencers, feeder tanks, waste mover for farms and even cremation urns. They were the only flowturn process in Canada.
Malvern Steel transitioned to Stealth Malvern Silencers (SMS) a few years later and now is well known in the industry for the quality product it delivers under SMS Inc.
